At Brightcove I work on the infrastructure behind high-traffic global live streaming: EKS and GKE services, GitOps delivery with Argo CD, multi-CDN traffic switching, and the observability and automation that keep it all reliable. I treat infrastructure as a software engineering problem, and I'd rather write a Go service or a Python tool than click through a console twice.

- Deploy and operate cloud-native production services across AWS EKS and GCP GKE, using Helm, RBAC and Argo CD GitOps workflows.
- Built an AI-powered troubleshooting platform (Python, FastAPI, LangChain, Slack, cloud APIs) that automates incident investigation and surfaces probable root causes.
- Built Go and Python platform tooling used by engineering and support teams to manage configuration across 1000+ multi-tenant environments.
- Designed event-driven Go services for live platform monitoring, using pub/sub messaging, worker pools and concurrency patterns for scalability and failure isolation.
- Improved reliability and observability with Prometheus, Datadog, Jaeger, CloudWatch and PagerDuty, building dashboards and alerts that cut investigation and recovery time.

- Developed CloudWatch dashboards and automation that optimized Kubernetes resource utilization and reduced operational overhead.
